RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item to us for store credits. Returns must be done within 7 days of receipt together with a Returns slip printout (requested via info@littleQipao.com), un-used with tags on, in original packaging.

We will not be responsible for the returning shipping fee (from buyer to Little Qipao).

Buyer are to ensure the incorrect or defect item(s) to reach our office.
Item must be in original condition..(such as unwashed, tag attached, no perfume smell etc…)
Refund (Store credit)
We will take 5-7 working days to process the transaction.
*Little Qipao reserved the right to make final decision
*Do note that sale items and items purchased during flash sales are not applicable for exchanges/returns.

Store credits will be issued in the form of a coupon code, which can be used to offset online purchase of products only and are not applicable on postage/courier fees.
Store credits are to be utilised in a single transaction only (fully utilised in one order) and any balance credit amount that is not utilised will not be refunded back to you in cash or credits.

Kindly note that items purchased with the usage of store credits will not be eligible for further returns.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS / INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED

We apologise if we have sent you a wrong/defective item. Kindly contact our return department – info@littleqipao.com about this issue and we will reply you within 1-3 working day.

  • All parcels must be sent to Little Qipao within 7 working days of receipt (Singapore).
  • For international returns, it must be sent back within 12 working days. (proof of tracking number must be emailed to info@littleqipao.com. It should reach us no longer than 15 days.
  • Please take snapshot of the defective area and submit your return requests via email at info@littleqipao.com

Washing Instructions/Care

We advice that all items are handwashed and NOT soaked. We do not guarantee that the items will not be altered (color runs, size shrinks..etc) after washed or soaked.

Little Qipao will not be responsible and no return request due to this reason will be entertained.

  • An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective/ faulty*.
  • A refund will only be processed if the item(s) have ran out of stock for exchanges.
  • Please take note that we do not provide cash refund unless the exact item is out of stock and we will provide you a credit note in which you may utilise it to purchase other available items.
  • Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
  • There may be a 1cm-2cm difference in our given measurements. Please allow 20% discrepancy in the product color due to lighting in photography. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect
  • For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.

Little Qipao provides returns for all items except Sale and discounted items (includes items purchase using discount codes), accessories and specifically stated non-returnable items. All returns will be processed and dealt with by the Returns Department and they will only be handled via mail at info@littleqipao.com
